Processing & Production Time Since all products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
